Hi there, precious! My name is Meera.

I'm a professional coach, artist, and writer. I'm also a Queer Woman of Color married to my soul mate, who happens to be a white, trans man. I'm the daughter of immigrants. I come from a family lineage of trauma, and I'm the one to break that generational cycle. I'm an empathic introvert with an irreverent sense of humor and a penchant for cussing like a sailor. (F*ck yeah, you better believe empathy and cussing can go together!)

I live in a world of intersections and contradictions, and I'm pretty sure that's the entire point.
To somehow stay Whole and Present in the middle of it all.

It took me decades to cut through the noise and start to bring my whole truth to the table, to stop being trapped in the patterns of my own history of trauma, and instead chase an integrated and open life that makes space for ALL of me, and all of the experiences life brings me. Whether it comes to permission, joy, or making space for ourselves...I'm here to cut through the bullshit, lean into vulnerability...and support you, my fellow humans, in doing the same.

Coaching is one way that I do this. These art prints are another.
